Colonel Ajay Ramakrishnan, Sena Medal (Gallantry), served the Army from 1988 to 2010 & is a veteran of the Kargil war. He has extensive experiences in career development, psychometrics, career mentoring, leadership and strategy, from the Army as well as from a diverse corporate exposure. Colonel Ajay works with students, parents, schools and institutions to connect youth to exciting careers and opportunities.

A Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive & Team Coach and a Global Coach Group certified Global Leadership Coach, Ajay works with organisations & executives to co-create peak performances, measurable growth and leadership excellence, helping executives and management achieve their ambition and goals.

Certified by Daniel Goleman, he also conducts programs on emotional intelligence, for success, personal & organisational growth. Col Ajay is a commercial rotorcraft pilot, an internationally certified Leadership, Success & Transformation Coach & a Master Mentor (Career Development).

He has also crafted & executed programs for MNCs like Microsoft, Accenture, SAP Labs, ITC, Titan, Manipal Group, Daimler & Mercedes Benz, JPMC. Colonel Ajay is empaneled with the Indian Oil Corporation, coaching senior leadership. His clientele includes senior management from various banks, MNCs, institutions & IT.
